Important Dates
Bachelor Degree Grads:
- Order your graduation announcements & accessories in: December, January, and February.
- Graduation announcement orders will ship March 10th – 24th and will ship on a first in first out basis.
- Graduation announcements should be mailed to family and friends to arrive 14-21 days prior to your commencement (approximately April 15th).
- Caps & Gowns will be ordered at “Senior Fest” on Wed. Feb. 3rd at the CAT from 2pm ~ 7pm. You must first apply to graduate in the Graduation Evaluation Office before you can place a cap & gown order.
- Deadline to order a cap & gown unit and avoid a late fee is: Monday, March 1st.
- Any cap & gown order placed March 2nd and after will be assessed a $15 late fee.
- Bachelor Degree Cap & Gown Distribution date(s) and time(s) on campus (Martin Centre):

Master & PhD. Degree Grads:

- Caps & Gowns should be ordered along with your Graduation Announcement order. If you choose to purchase just the Cap & Gown regalia, please do so, and submit your order by mail or online using our secure checkout. Watch the deadline dates carefully, for ordering academic apparel.

- PhD. Academic Apparel will be distributed at the Doctoral Dinner, on Thursday, May 6, 2010 at Bozarth.
